Hestia: The Art of Kaiseki & Sake is a one-night, 15-course Kaiseki experience, unfolding in three curated rounds and paired with exceptional Kyoto sake from TOZAI and KONTEKI. Rooted in Japanese culinary tradition, each course is thoughtfully composed around balance, texture, and timing, allowing the chef’s seasonal selections to guide guests through a refined, immersive journey—one that is meant to be experienced slowly, intentionally, and only once.
