Experience Prime Minister's Award-Winning Shimane Wagyu, Japanese Spiny Lobster—a delicacy rarely available in North Carolina—and a curated sake pairing from Rihaku Sake, one of Shimane's most celebrated breweries. Throughout the evening, a visiting representative from Japan will guide guests through each sake, sharing the history and philosophy behind every pour.
